The Story Behind the Model

The 911 Carrera RSR 3.0 was the ultimate expression of the air-cooled 911 racing programme in the mid-1970s. Developed from the legendary Carrera RS 2.7, it brought a 3.0-litre flat-six, wider body, and race-tuned suspension to circuits around the world. In Sahara Beige — a factory colour that few expected to see on a racing car — it became one of the most photographed and discussed Porsches of its era. Paragon captures it at 1/64 with the respect this car deserves.
